The Coaching includes multiple sessions designed uniquely to each client, backed by proven methods and strategies to help them achieve their goals.

"First Touch Session"
During your First Touch session, you'll meet your coach and explain your main reason to joing the program. Together, you'll work towards crafting your Map of Goals. This Map can be an extensive tool that reflects your current goals and dreams. Using this first session, you can see how you connect with your coach and if he is the right person for you. Want to finish writing that book? Become a better leader for your team? Be the next level player in your field? Are you an artist trying to grow? Have you lost your way in life? It doesn't matter how far you are from your goal, this session will clarify all the questions you may have and show you if this is really for you.

"The Coaching begins"
You've met your coach and decided to book your first package! Wonderful! That means the fun begins and the journey ahead is going to be filled with challenges, exercises and videocalls (4 of them to be precise).
Set up your calendar and decide which day of the week is best for you to set the calls, your coach will have all materials ready and will keep checking on you as you progress. Do you have a new habit you want to develop? Maybe one you want to break?
In this first month, you are going to start tapping your potential, there will be doubt, fears and uncomfortable moments, but don't worry, you are not alone!
